Mayim Bialik, most known for her role as Amy Fowler in the show Big Bang Theory. addresses the hot topic of burkini banning in beaches. She does this by comically parodying typical immodest swimsuit fashion shows by replacing their bikinis with more modest options. Mayim is a Jewish American who believes in both private familial nudity but also a strong supporter of public modesty. She starts the video by explaining her positive views on the personal choice to cover up in beaches.
I love Mayim Bialik’s influence in the mainstream media, and I do support the personal choice to choose modestly and not as something forced upon women. What is the point of enforcing adult women to dress a certain way if in their heart of hearts they disagree or rebel in other ways? Modesty must first and foremost start in our heart, between the woman and God. Dressing modestly is our outward expression of our obedience to God, commitment to purity, our care for our fellow men, and as an example to our children.Share this post: by
